Spearheaded the creation of brand platforms, pitch decks, uniforms, menus, in-store design, merchandising, and PR events (including live Greek statues and Greek Gods passing our Greek wedding cookies in the food court) for Rhodes Restaurant Group's Big Fat Pita, Rodini Park, and Conference Room restaurants. Achieved record-long lines, exceeded sales goals, and sparked additional Big Fat Pita openings in Westfield Malls.
