My AI Process

 

After 4+ years living at work as a global Creative Director, my company relocated to Michigan. I didn't. Instead, I took a breath, reconnected with people I love, and remembered life beyond endless Teams calls.

Then the AI tsunami hit. Algorithms screening résumés, creative platforms multiplying faster than I could count. My first instinct? Hide in a "30 Rock" marathon. Instead, I decided to use the problem to solve the problem.

The Challenge: Build my entire career into a 3:40 AI video résumé. Every person, every voice, every scene prompted and directed by me.

The Reality: AI is like training a puppy that's eager to please but interprets "sit" as "spin in three circles then maybe sit." It demanded the same creative leadership I use with any team: clear vision, precise communication through detailed prompts, and relentless iteration to maintain creative control.

The Result:

Mastered 18 different AI platforms

Built everything from scratch with zero templates

Directed all voiceover, animation, and editing through hundreds of iterations

Proved that AI doesn't replace creative direction, it demands it

 

This represents creative leadership evolution: not just adapting to new tools, but pioneering how they integrate with human creativity and strategic thinking. Now I'm ready for my next chapter, ideally with a health and wellness brand, and definitely with actual humans.
