Nic York is a dynamic, award-winning Creative Director with over 18 years of experience leading creative and marketing efforts across global brands and startups. She has a proven track record of driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and multimillion-dollar sales increases through innovative campaigns and creative leadership.

As Global Creative Director at Amway, Nic led the $4.5B Nutrilite brand restage and steered creative for a $10.5B portfolio, including Artistry, G&H, and Glister, across 13 global markets. She directed a team of over 30 creatives (internally and on the agency side) to roll out bold, digital-first campaigns. This resulted in a 7.8% increase in Nutrilite consumers, a leap in monthly buyers from 1.6M to 2.3M, and sales growth from $295M to $476M. She also revitalized Glister and G&H, boosting Glister sales by 8% to $242M and G&H U.S. sales by 8% to $39M. With the launch of three new platforms, including Plant to Table, she drove 49.3% loyalty growth in Asia and generated millions in fresh revenue.

 

Nic’s earlier experience includes high-impact work at Fallon McElligott and Team One, as well as leading the in-house agency at Virgin Entertainment. She’s known for brand transformations (e.g., Lexus, Jim Beam, Air New Zealand), successful new venture launches (Joiful On-Demand Beauty, InHer Circle, Big Fat Pita), and has earned accolades from Adweek, Graphis, One Show, and more.

 

In both corporate and consulting roles, Nic has consistently elevated brand visibility and impact through her strategic vision, creative execution, and team-building expertise.
