Spearheaded the creation of brand platforms, pitch decks, uniforms, menus, in-store design, merchandising, and PR events for Rhodes Restaurant Group's Big Fat Pita, Hash, and Conference Room restaurants. Achieved record-long lines, exceeded sales goals, and sparked additional Big Fat Pita openings in Westfield Malls.
